Client-based pricing (international)

note icon

Note

This article applies to firms outside the US and Canada that signed up on or after November 2, 2026, and to existing firms once they move at renewal. Until then, see how to manage your seat-based subscription .

TaxDome’s client-based pricing is one plan, priced by the clients you serve and billed in your local currency.

How the plan works

  • One plan with every core feature included
  • A platform fee that covers your first 150 active accounts
  • Grows with your client base: add accounts beyond 150 on demand or in packs

When existing firms move

If your firm signed up before November 2, 2026, nothing changes right now. When your firm moves to client-based pricing depends on your renewal date:

  • Renewal before January 1, 2027: you renew on your current plan and price for your entire next term.
  • Renewal on or after January 1, 2027: your firm moves to client-based pricing at that renewal.

Active accounts

Your plan is sized by active accounts: the clients with activity during your plan year. An account becomes active the first time your firm or the client does something with it, such as issuing an invoice, creating a job, or uploading a document. See what makes an account active and how the count works.

Custom plan

If your firm needs a larger plan, contact TaxDome Sales to discuss a custom plan.

API and MCP access

API and MCP access is available outside the US and Canada through TaxDome Sales. Contact TaxDome Sales to add it.
