Seat-based plans explained

Seat-based pricing has three plans:

Essentials: for single-user firms, with basic support
Pro: for any team size, with standard support
Business: for any team size, with premium support

The cost of your subscription depends on your plan, your billing cycle, and the number of seats (each team member needs one). Learn more about managing your subscription .

What each plan includes

Essentials is for one team member, so team management and team collaboration features are part of Pro and Business. Here are the main features of each plan:

The rates above are per year. The total cost for a multi-year term is that rate multiplied by the term length—for example, a 3-year Pro seat billed at $900/year comes to $2,700 total over the term.

Monthly and seasonal seat prices

Monthly (Pro) and seasonal (Business) seats are for temporary team members.
