Move to client-based pricing (US/CA)

This article is for US and Canada firms on seat-based pricing (legacy) today. New firms start on client-based pricing from November 2, 2026.

Existing firms move to client-based pricing at renewal. Until then, your plan and your price stay exactly as they are.

When you move

Renewal before January 1, 2027: you renew on your current plan and price for your entire next term.
Renewal on or after January 1, 2027: your firm moves to client-based pricing at that renewal.

Your renewal comes with an offer prepared for your firm. You’ll see it in Team & plans before anything changes about your plan or your price.

Plans: Essentials, Pro, and Business become one plan with every core feature included.
Team: up to 20 team members included, with no per-person charges.
Price: follows your active accounts instead of seats.
Billing: annual.
Client Care: firms on the Business plan today keep it until their current license ends. After that, it’s a separate add-on at $100 a month.
