Settings (Basic): Change Your Password, Email, Personal Info
If you forget your password or need to change any of your personal details, such as your email address, phone number or last name, learn how here. The same instructions apply whether you are a firm owner, admin or team member.
Changing Your Password or Email Address
If you need to change the password or the email address you use to log in to your TaxDome portal, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Settings, then click the pencil icon in the top right corner of the Login Details section.
2. Enter your current password, make changes to your login details, then click Save.
3. If you’ve changed your email address, enter the verification code sent to your new email address, then click Submit.
Changing Your Personal Details
To change your phone number or other personal information, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Settings, then click the pencil icon in the top right corner of the Personal Details section.
2. Make your changes, then click Save.
