Mobile App: How to View & Create Account Notes

All your account data is at your fingertips: View and edit account notes and create new ones on the go.
How to Create a New Note
To create a new note:
1. Go to the Accounts screen, select the account name, tap Create, then Note.
2. Type the note, then click Create.
Tip: You can @mention your team members in notes.
How to View and Edit a Note
To get to a client’s account notes, go to the Accounts screen, select the account name, then tap Notes. Tap on the note’s bubble to edit it. Changes are automatically saved.
Once you’re viewing the note, you can do the following:
- Pin/Unpin. Choose an important note to always be displayed at the top of your list. Tap the three dots on the top right, then select Pin. If there are several notes pinned, they’ll be displayed at the top of your list.
- Archive. Tap the three dots on the top right, then select Archive to hide a note from the list. If you need to see an archived note, tap the filter icon on the bottom right, select Archived, then Show.
